5. הגבלת מספר נוסעים במעלית
(א)בעת שימוש במעלית בבתי הדין, מספר הנוסעים בה לא יעלה על מחצית ממספר הנוסעים המרבי המותר לפי הוראות יצרן המעלית, אלא אם כן הנוסעים הם אנשים הגרים באותו מקום.
(ב)ממונה קורונה או מי מטעמו יציב שלט בכניסה למעלית לעניין מספר הנוסעים המרבי המותר במעלית לפי תקנת משנה (א).
