בית המשפט רשאי בתום הדיון בכל הליך לחייב בעל דין בתשלום שכר טרחת עורך דין או בהוצאות משפט לטובת בעל הדין אחר, בשים לב, בין השאר, לשימוש לרעה בהליכי משפט על ידי מי מבעלי הדין.
