לצורך כניסה למערכת ”נט המשפט“, מגיש מסמך אלקטרוני לבית המשפט יזדהה אל מול המערכת האמורה באמצעות מערכת ההזדהות הממשלתית או באמצעות אחת התעודות האלקטרונית להזדהות שלהלן:
(1)תעודה שהנפיק ”גורם מאשר“ כהגדרתו בחוק חתימה אלקטרונית;
(2)תעודה ממוחשבת לגישה וזיהוי (תמו״ז) המונפקת לבעלי תפקיד בשירות המדינה.
