43. חשמל ומים
(א)מפעיל מעגנה יקים ויפעיל תשתית לאספקת מים וחשמל לכלי השיט העוגנים במעגנה.
(ב)לא יחובר כלי שיט לתשתיות החשמל והמים במעגנה אלא באישור מנהל המעגנה.
