7. מודעות ברציף ועל כלי שיט
ראה מנהל המעגנה כי כרזה, מודעה או פרסום אחר המוצבים ברציף או על כלי שיט פוגעים בבטיחות השיט במעגנה, רשאי הוא לשם הבטחת בטיחות השיט, להורות למי שהציבם כאמור, או לבעל כלי השיט, לפי העניין, על הסרתם, או הזזתם, ואותו אדם חייב למלא אחר הוראות מנהל המעגנה שניתנו כאמור.
