6. החלטת המנהל הכללי
(א)המנהל הכללי יחליט בבקשה, ורשאי הוא לקבל את המלצת הוועדה, באופן מלא או בצירוף תנאים או סייגים להמלצה, לדחותה, או לבקש מהוועדה השלמת פרטים או השלמת המלצה, בנושא מסוים או באופן כללי.
(ב)המנהל הכללי יודיע למבקש את החלטתו ביחס לבקשה, בכתב, בתוך שלושים ימים מיום קבלת ההמלצה הסופית של הוועדה.
