תיקון: תשע״ז
על אף האמור בסעיף 2, ציוד קצה רט״ן מסוגים מסוימים כפי שיודיע המנהל, יהיה טעון אישור סוג, ובלבד שהוצגה לפני המנהל חוות דעת מטעם נציג צבא ההגנה לישראל, אשר לפיה השימוש בציוד כאמור עלול להביא לפגיעה במערכות טכנולוגיות אשר תפגע בביטחון המדינה; הודעה כאמור תפורסם ברשומות ובאתר האינטרנט של המשרד.
