16. עבירות משמעת
אלה עבירות משמעת:
(1)הפרת הוראה מהוראות התקנות 8 עד 15 או של דין אחר המטיל חיוב או איסור על טוען רבני, בקשר למקצועו;
(2)כל מעשה או מחדל שאינו הולם את מקצוע הטוען בפני בתי דין רבניים.
