19. סדרי דין
(א)בית הדין הרבני הגדול יקבע כללים לסדרי הדין בבית הדין המשמעתי; הכללים כאמור יפורסמו ברשומות.
(ב)ענין שלא נקבעו לגביו סדרי דין, יקבע בית הדין המשמעתי את סדרי הדין בו.
