5. פטור מבחינות
(א)בית הדין הרבני הגדול רשאי לפטור מהבחינות הנערכות לפי תקנה 2(3), כולן או מקצתן –
(1)מי שכשיר להתמנות לדיין;
(2)מי שכשיר להיבחר לרב עיר.
(ב)מי שעבר בהצלחה בחינה בדיינות, ניתן לפוטרו מבחינה באותו חומר שנבחן בו.
