12. חזרה מקובלנה
(א)הקובל רשאי לחזור בו מאשמות שבקובלנה, כולן או מקצתן; חזרה לפני תחילת הדיון תהיה בהודעה בכתב לבית הדין; חזרה לאחר תחילת הדיון תהיה ברשות בית הדין.
(ב)חזר בו הקובל מאשמה, יזכה בית הדין את הטוען הרבני מן האשמה שממנה חזר בו הקובל.
