35. סדר חקירת עדים והגשת ראיות אחרות
(א)סדר חקירת העדים והגשת ראיות אחרות יהיה ככל האפשר כסדר הנהוג בבתי הדין הרבניים.
(ב)הצטרף היועץ המשפטי לממשלה לדיון, יקבע בית הדין את שלב חקירת העדים על ידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
