8. עריכת קובלנה
קובלנה תיערך בכתב ותכיל פרטים אלה:
(1)שם הקובל;
(2)שם הטוען הרבני, מקום עבודתו ומענו;
(3)התלונה או הידיעה שהומצאו לטוען הרבני לפי סעיף 2;
(4)תשובת הטוען הרבני ופרטים נוספים, אם היו;
(5)פירוט העבירות המיוחסות לטוען הרבני.
