5. ענישה על ידי המפקד
תיקון: תשנ״ז
נוכח המפקד או המפקח שהנאשם אכן ביצע עבירה שבה הוא נאשם, רשאי הוא להטיל עליו עונשים אלה, כולם או מקצתם:
(1)התראה;
(2)נזיפה;
(3)שלילת שכר עד לסכום של ארבעה ימי עבודה.
