18. הבטחת בטיחות
(א)חובתו של מפעיל מעון יום לפעוטות לפעול למניעה ולתיקון של כל מפגע בטיחותי שיש בו כדי לסכן את שלומם של הפעוטות במעון.
(ב)מפעיל מעון יום לפעוטות ימציא לממונה אחת לשנה הצהרה ערוכה בנוסח שלפי הטופס שבתוספת השלישית כי הוא פועל לפי תנאי הבטיחות המפורטים בתקנה 19 ובתוספת השלישית וכי הוא מחזיק באישורים ובתוצאות הבדיקות המפורטים בתקנה האמורה.
