20. תברואה ותזונה
(א)מפעיל מעון יום לפעוטות יפעל לקיום תנאי תברואה נאותים במעון וינקוט פעולה הדרושה למניעה סדירה של מפגעי תברואה.
(ב)התזונה במעון היום לפעוטות תהיה נאותה, בריאה ומותאמת לפעוטות; משרד הבריאות יפרסם המלצות לתזונת פעוטות במעון יום לפעוטות באתר האינטרנט של משרד הבריאות.
