15. סדרי דין ודיני ראיות
קצין השיפוט אינו חייב לנהוג לפי סדרי הדין של בית משפט, הוא אינו כפוף לדיני הראיות ורשאי הוא לקבל כל ראיה בדרך הנראית לו מועילה לדיון או דרושה לעשיית צדק, וכן לקבוע את סדרי החקירה של עדים וזאת כשאין בתקנות או בהוראות נוהל אלה הוראה אחרת.
