2. קצין משמעת
מפקד רשות כבאות ימנה כבאי קצין שירכז את נושא הדין המשמעתי לפי התקנות והנוהלים האלה (להלן – קצין משמעת).
”רשות הכבאות“ לפי חוק שירותי הכבאות, תשי״ט–1959 הוחלפה בידי ”הרשות הארצית לכבאות והצלה“ לפי חוק הרשות הארצית לכבאות והצלה, התשע״ב–2012.
