18. השקעה באופציות
משקיע מוסדי רשאי לרכוש או ליצור אופציה בתנאים אלה:
(1)שוויין המשוערך של כל האופציות שרכש, למעט אופציית רכש 001, לא יעלה על 5 אחוזים מהשווי המשוערך של נכסיו;
(2)החשיפה הכוללת לנכס הבסיס לא תחרוג מהמגבלות החלות לפי תקנות אלה;
(3)נכס הבסיס הוא נכס שאין לפי תקנות אלה איסור על המשקיע המוסדי להשקיע בו.
