23. עסקה עם צד קשור ובאמצעותו והשקעה בצד קשור
משקיע מוסדי רשאי לעשות עסקה עם צד קשור ובאמצעותו או להשקיע בו, בתנאים שהיו חלים ובמחיר שהיה משולם לצד שאינו קשור, באותן הנסיבות ובלבד שהתקיימו התנאים והשיעורים שעליהם יורה הממונה.
