12. הבטחת המשך טיפול
בהחלטה לבטל רשיון יקבע המנהל הוראות ביצוע, לרבות איסור קבלת מתרפאים חדשים, המשך הטיפול במתרפאים או העברתם למרפאה אחרת, וכן את המועד לסגירת המרפאה.
