20. הפסקת הפעלת מרפאה
(א)התאגיד בעל המרפאה יודיע למנהל, ולמתרפאי התאגיד שלושה חודשים מראש לפחות, על כוונתו להפסיק את הפעלת המרפאה.
(ב)התאגיד בעל מרפאה ידאג להמשך מתן שירות רפואי למתרפאי המרפאה כאשר נפסקת הפעלת המרפאה.
