8. רשיון
(א)רשיון ישא את שם המרפאה כפי שאישר המנהל.
(ב)רשיון של מרפאת תאגיד אינו ניתן להעברה.
(ג)הודיע תאגיד למנהל על כוונה להעביר את מרפאת התאגיד שבבעלותו לבעלות אחרת של תאגיד ולא קיבל אישור בכתב מאת המנהל תוך ששים ימים מיום מסירת ההודעה למנהל, רשאי הוא להעביר את הבעלות לתאגיד שבבעלותו מצויה כבר מרפאה אחת רשויה לפחות.
