23. בלמים למנועים
תיקון: תשכ״ז
(א)כל מנוע המשמש לנסיעת עגורן־צריח, לסיבוב הצריח, לסיבוב הזרוע או לנטייתו או להנעת עגלה שעל הזרוע, יהיה מצוייד בבלם נאות.
(ב)מנוע בעגורן־צריח המשמש להרמת מטען יהיה בנוי כך שהמטען ירד בכוח מיכני בלבד ויהיה מצוייד בבלם או בלמים אוטומטיים הפועלים בשיטה אלקטרו־מיכנית.
