26. תסקיר על בדיקת כבל ואבזר־הרמה
(א)תסקיר על תוצאות כל בדיקה תקופתית ובדיקה לפני שימוש ראשון בהתאם לפסקאות (3) ו־(4) לתקנה 25, ערוך על ידי הבודק המוסמך שעשה את הבדיקה וחתום בידו, יוחזק במקום שבו משתמשים בכבל, באבזר הרמה או בכלי טעינה כאמור.
(ב)התסקיר יהיה ערוך בשני עותקים בהתאם לתוספת הראשונה.
(ג)עותק מהתסקיר כאמור בתקנת־משנה (א) יימסר על ידי הבודק המוסמך תוך שבעה ימים מיום הבדיקה למפקח העבודה האזורי.
