47. הפעלת עגורן־צריח בקרבת מיתקן חשמלי או קו חשמל עילי
לא יפעילו עגורן־צריח נייח או עגורן־צריח נע בין על פסים ובין שלא על פסים במצב שחלק מהעגורן יימצא בתחום סכנה מחשמל או שהוא עלול להימצא או להיכנס לתוך התחום כאמור, אלא אם קיים בידוד או גידור הפרדה בהתאם לתקנה 46(ב).
