51. העמסת המטען על ידי עניבן המוסמך למתן איתות
העמסת המטען בעגורן־צריח תיעשה על ידי עניבן שנתקיימו בו שני אלה:
(1)הוא הודרך ומאומן בשיטות לקשירת מטענים ולתלייתם באונקל העגורן, בשימוש באבזרי הרמה ובכלי טעינה, ובכלל בהעמסת מטענים שנהוג להרימם בבניה, בבניה הנדסית ובמפעל למוצרי בטון, הכל לפי הענין;
(2)הוא מוסמך למתן איתות.
