72. הימצאות בני אדם בעמדת התפעול
לא יימצא אדם –
(1)בעמדת התפעול של עגורן־צריח;
(2)בכל חלק אחר של עגורן־צריח,
אלא אם יש לו תפקיד שם בקשר להפעלת העגורן, הבקורת עליו, בדיקתו, תחזוקתו, תיקונו, זקיפתו, הגבהתו, הנמכתו או פירוקו, או שהוא עסוק שם בקשר להכשרתו כעגורנאי.
