92. חובת ניהול פנקס עגורן
(א)לגבי כל עגורן־צריח ינוהל פנקס עגורן בטופס ובהתאם להוראות שבתוספת השלישית.
(ב)החובה לקיום תקנת־משנה (א) מוטלת כמפורש בתוספת השלישית.
