96. הפנקס מלווה את העגורן
(א)הועבר עגורן־צריח מידי מחזיקו לידי מחזיק אחר חייב המחזיק החדש לקבל לידו גם את פנקס העגורן על כל כרכיו ולהמשיך לנהלו ולשמרו.
(ב)מפקח העבודה האזורי רשאי לפטור מחובת תקנת־משנה (א) כשהוא משוכנע שפנקס העגורן או כרך מכרכיו לא קיימים עוד או שאין להשיגם.
