16א. דבש
תיקון: 1937
(1)דבש צריך להיות בעל סבוב שמאלי ועליו להכיל לא יותר מעשרים וחמשה אחוזים של מים ולא יותר מרבע אחוז של אפר ולא יותר משמונה אחוזים של סוכר־קנים.
(2)המלה ”דבש“ או בטויים הכוללים את המלה ”דבש“ או הדומים לה או כתובות המרמזות על דבש כמוגדר בתקנות אלה, לא ישתמשו בהן בפתקים המודבקים לכל חבילה המכילה כל חומר שאינו דבש טבעי כמוגדר כן אלא שהוא דומה לדבש או שיכול לשמש כדבש מלאכותי או כתחליף לדבש.
