5. דחיית מועד דיווח
המנהל רשאי, אם ראה כי נסיבות העניין מצדיקות זאת, לדחות למפעיל מסוים את מועד הדיווח של דיווח לפי תקנה 2(ב) עד (ד), לעניין אירוע מיוחד מסוים.
