12. תחולה
תקנות אלה יחולו על גמלה שתביעה לקבלתה הוגשה ביום תחילתן (להלן – יום התחילה) או לאחריו; לעניין זה, ”תביעה“ – לרבות תביעה לבדיקה מחדש לפי תקנה 7 או תביעה חדשה לפי תקנה 8, שהוגשה ביום התחילה או לאחריו; ואולם המוסד רשאי לשלם את הגמלאות לפי תקנות אלה בתום 9 חודשים מיום התחילה, בעד התקופה שמיום התחילה ואילך.
