המסמכים הרפואיים אשר בידי הועדה הם סודיים, אך מותר להביאם לידי אדם אשר נזקקים לשירותו לצורך קבלת החלטה בערר ובלבד שחובת הסודיות כאמור תחול גם על מקבל המסמכים לפי תקנה זו.
