7. מועד ואופן הגשת ערר
(א)ערר על החלטת פקיד תביעות בענין קיצבה מיוחדת או בענין גימלת ילד נכה יוגש תוך 90 ימים מיום שנמסרה לתובע הגימלה, הודעה על ההחלטה; הערר יוגש בכתב, באמצעות המוסד, ויצויינו בו נימוקי הערר.
(ב)הדיון בערר יחל בתוך 60 ימים מיום שנתקבלו במוסד הודעת הערר ונימוקיו.
