10ב. הגשת בקשה
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשע״ז־3
(א)בקשה להכרה במוסד יגיש מנהל המוסד לוועדת ההכרה העליונה ויצרף לה כל מסמך או אישור הנחוצים בהתאם לתנאי ההכרה.
(ב)העתק הבקשה יישלח למנהל.
(ג)ראתה המועצה כי במוסד המבקש מתקיימים, לכאורה, תנאי ההכרה, היא תמנה ועדת הכרה, תוך 60 ימים מיום הגשת הבקשה.
