10ד. ביטול הכרה או הגבלתה
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשע״ז־3
(א)חדל להתקיים במוסד תנאי מתנאי ההכרה חייב מנהל המוסד המוכר להודיע על כך, מיד, לוועדת ההכרה העליונה ולמנהל.
(ב)המנהל רשאי, על פי המלצת המועצה, לשלול הכרה ממוסד מוכר או להגבילה בזמן ובתנאים.
