32. התחזות
תיקון: תשנ״ב
(א)לא ישתמש אדם בתואר מומחה אלא אם התואר אושר לו לפי תקנות אלה, ולא ישתמש אדם בתואר דומה עד כדי להטעות לאחד התארים שלפי תקנות אלה.
(ב)בוטל תואר לפי תקנה 33, יחדל בעל התואר להשתמש בו מיום פרסום ההודעה על כך ברשומות; הותלה התואר, יימנע בעל התואר מלהשתמש בו כל זמן שהתואר מותלה.
(ג)לענין תקנה זו, ”תואר מומחה“ – לרבות תרגום או קיצור של תואר מומחה או רמז אחר להתמחות בענף רפואה.
