10. רציפות הדיון
(א)רשאי בית המשפט לדחות את הדיון בעתירה למועד אחר, כפי שייראה לו, אם נראה לו כי לא ניתנה הודעה מספקת למבוקש להכין את התנגדותו.
(ב)משהוחל בדיון בעתירה ימשיך בו בית המשפט ברציפות יום יום עד גמירא, זולת אם ראה, מטעמים שיירשמו, כי אין אפשרות סבירה לנהוג כך.
