Section 17 of תקנות ההסגרה (סדרי דין וכללי ראיות בעתירות), תשל״א–1970, ערעור.
17. ערעור
(א)ערעור, בין של המבוקש ובין של העותר, יהיה בהגשת הודעת ערעור בפני בית המשפט העליון בשבתו כבית משפט לערעורים פליליים.
(ב)הערעור יוגש תוך 30 יום מיום מתן ההחלטה מאת בית המשפט המחוזי.
(ג)הדיון בערעור יהיה בפני בעלי הדין.
(ד)הוראות סעיפים 184, 185, 187, 188, 190, 193 ו־195 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, תשכ״ה–1965, יחולו בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
(ה)הוראות תקנה 16 יחולו גם על החלטת בית המשפט לערעורים.
