8. עיון בחומר הראיות
הוגשה עתירה – רשאי המבוקש או סניגורו לעיין בכל זמן סביר בכל חומר ראיות שבכתב הנוגע לעתירה ומצוי בידי העותר ולקבל את שמות העדים שבדעת העותר להשמיע בעת הדיון בעתירה ונושא עדותם.
