41. התניית רישיון או אישור
גורם אחראי רשאי להתנות מתן רישיון או אישור הנדרש לפי דין לצורך הפעלת מסגרת או אספקת שירות לאותה מסגרת, להתנות חידוש רישיון או אישור כאמור, או להתנות התקשרות עם מפעיל מסגרת, ביישום תקנות אלה.
