1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”אתר“ – אתר האינטרנט של משרד המשפטים;
”הזדהות אלקטרונית בטוחה“ – הזדהות אלקטרונית באמצעות שני פרטי אימות לפחות;
”מגיש“ – המגיש בקשה מקוונת, דוח מקוון או מסמך מקוון;
”פרט אימות“ – פרט ייחודי שנועד לאמת זהות;
”תעודה אלקטרונית“ – כהגדרתה בחוק חתימה אלקטרונית, התשס״א–2001, או תעודה אלקטרונית לאימות כהגדרתה בסעיף 23א לחוק מרשם האוכלוסין, התשכ״ה–1965.
