8. קבצים מצורפים
(א)מסמך המצורף כקובץ לטופס הדיווח יוכן באמצעות תוכנה, המשמשת ליצירת קבצים במתכונת PDF (Portable Document Format).
(ב)הדיווח לא יכלול קבצי סרטי חוזי (וידאו), שמע (אודיו) או הנפשה (אנימציה), וכן לא יכלול תמונות למעט גרפים, טבלאות, לוגו או סמל.
