8. בחינה תקופתית
תיקון: תשפ״ה, תשפ״ז
(א)המנהל יבצע בחינה תקופתית לפי סעיף 24 לחוק עקרונות האסדרה, התשפ״ב–2021, של הוראות תקנות 2(21), 2(22), 2(23), 2(24) ו־3(13), בתום חמש שנים ממועד פרסומן של תקנות הטלגרף האלחוטי (פטור מרישוי) (תיקון), התשפ״ה–2024 (ביום 30.10.2024).
(ב)בחינה תקופתית ראשונה של תקנות הטלגרף האלחוטי (פטור מרישוי) (תיקון), התשפ״ז–2026, לפי סעיף 24 לחוק עקרונות האסדרה, התשפ״ב–2021, תתבצע בתום חמש שנים מיום תחילתן.
