19. קנס על הרושם מסמכים שאינם נושאים בולים כהלכה
תיקון: תש״ח־3, תשי״ד־2
(1)כל אדם שמתפקידו לרשום בפנקסים כל מסמך החייב במס בולים ורושם מסמך שאינו נושא בולים כחוק, קונסין אותו בקנס של חמישים לירות.
(2)כל אדם שמתפקידו לרשום העברה של בטחון עובר לסוחר או העברת מניות או סטוק בפנקסי החברה, רשאי לדרוש מאת מבקש ההעברה להוכיח לו שהתמורה שנמסרה בשטר ההעברה היא התמורה הנכונה וכן רשאי הוא לדרוש שהמסמך יוגש לממונים להחלטה.
