תיקון: תש״ח
(1)לצורך פקודה זו ימנה שר האוצר בצו שני אנשים או יותר, שיכנה אותם בשמם או במשרתם, להיות ממונים על מס הבולים.
(2)כל שני ממונים כאלה יהיו מהוים מנין חוקי.
