77. מכירת בולים
תיקון: תש״ח, תשי״ז
(א)מי שרשאי למכור בולי דואר רשאי למכור גם בולי הכנסה.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי בכל עת לאסור מכירת בולי הכנסה על ידי אדם מסויים.
