8. עובדות ומסבות הנוגעות למס יפורשו במסמכים
תיקון: 1946, תש״ח־3, תשי״ד־2
חובה לפרש במסמך במלואן ולאמיתן את כל העובדות והמסבות הנוגעות לחובתו של מסמך בתשלום מס או הנוגעות לסכום המס החל על אותו מסמך, וכל אדם אשר מתוך כוונת מרמה –
(א)מקיים כל מסמך שלא פורשו בו כל העובדות והמסבות הללו במלואן ולאמיתן, או
(ב)בהיותו עסוק או מעורב בעריכת מסמך אינו מוסר או מתרשל למסור את כל העובדות והמסבות הללו במלואן ולאמיתן,
קונסין אותו בקנס של חמישים לירות.
