88. בענין טשטוש בולים דבקים
תיקון: תש״ח־3, תשי״ז
כל המטשטש בול דבק מתוך שהוא רושם עליו דבר־מה לפני השימוש בו, קונסין אותו בקנס של עשרים וחמש לירות:
בתנאי שיכול כל אדם, בהסכמתם המפורשת של הממונים ולפי תנאים שייקבעו, לכתוב משהו על גבי בול דבק או להעבירו לקנינו בדרך אחרת לפני השמוש בו, לצורך זיהויו של הבול.
